Ola Gorie, a silver ‘Tree of Life’ brooch, Edinburgh 1992, stamped ‘OMG’ for Ola Gorie, 3.5 cm across SOLD
Ola Gorie was inspired by Saxon carvings in the 14th century St Mary’s Church at Lower Swells. Lower Swells is located one mile from Stow-on-the Wold in the Cotswolds. It also seems to have a certain Charles Voysey influence. Ola Gorie apparently no longer produces this particular brooch.
