Caithness Jewellery, a millefiori glass set silver ring, London 1970, stamped ‘CJ‘ for Caithness Jewellery, the head with a millefiori cabochon of approximately 13 mm diameter, finger size K (Ref S+947) SOLD
The stone is in relatively good order with few surface marks and bubbles within, better than usual.
It is noted at the on line Paul Ysart/Caithness jewellery overview ( https://www.ysartglass.com/PaulYsart/PYP5over.htm London marked pieces from 1968-1984 were made by Booty, the gallery and workshop of Wally Morgan (Designs). Although the actual design would be by Lucia Polanski a jewellery designer hired by Caithness to design rings, cufflinks and earrings.
