Pentti Sarpaneva, probably for Turun Hopea, a silver ‘Lace‘ ring, Finland, 1973 London import marks, sponsors mark ‘S.D‘ within a triangle, stamped ‘925’ and ‘Finland‘, the head measures approximately 2.7 cm by 2.4 cm, split shank adjustable for size (Ref S+488)
The ‘Lace‘ range of jewellery designed by Pentti Sarpaneva is more commonly found in bronze but silver examples are less usual.
