NUWSS (National Union of Women’s Suffrage Societies) silver green agate and garnet set Arts and Crafts brooch, circa 1908, may well have had a small pearl hung below (NUWSS colours being red, green and white), the brooch fittings are also bridge so as a ribbon bearing NUWSS colours could be threaded through The NUWSS did have shops through which they sold paraphernalia to raise funds for their cause. However I would suggest that this is a piece made by an individual supporting the NUWSS , or made for one of their supporters, therefore must be unique. SOLD
