Georg Jensen, Cactus pattern silver and steel cake knife, Denmark, circa 1939, the silver handle stamped G.J. monogram in a rectangle for Georg Jensen (this mark used 1933-44), ‘Sterling’ and ‘Denmark’, to a steel blade stamped ‘Raadvad Knivfabriker-Denmark’ to one side and ‘Stainless Steel’ to the other, 26.3 cm long SOLD
The Cactus pattern of flatware was designed by Gundorph Albertus in 1930.
