Bernard Instone, a silver Clifton Suspension Bridge charm, Birmingham, circa 1964, stamped ‘B.I‘ for Bernard Instone and enclosed by ‘Sterling Silver-Made In England’, the bridge spanning the gorge, with a boat sailing on the River Avon below, to one end it is inscribed ‘Clifton–Suspension Bridge–Bristol England’ to the other end ‘Length 1352 Feet-Height 245 Feet-Started 1836 Completed 1864’, the charm measures 2.5 cm by 1.8 cm (Ref S+804) SOLD
