Antonio Pineda, an aventurine quartz set silver bracelet, Mexico, circa 1960, stamped ‘Antonio-Taxco‘ crown mark for Antonio Pineda, No. 17 Eagle mark, ‘Silver’ and ‘970’, this last mark denotes the standard of silver, as Antonio Pineda always used 970 standard silver, higher than the sterling 925 standard most used, the bracelet alternate set with six cabochon set motifs and concave cruciform like links, with hidden clasp and a safety chain, the cabochons 11 mm by 7mm, the bracelet 18 cm long and 2.4 cm at widest point, 86 grams gross, all weights and dimensions are approximate (Ref S+2245)
