I believe that these were made and sold in conjunction with the centenary year, 1975, of Liberty & Co, the peacock feather has been an ever popular motif of the company of Liberty & Co, since Arthur Silver designed the ‘Peacock Feather’ fabric specifically for Liberty & Co in 1887
