George Edward Hunt (1892-1960), a pair of Arts and Crafts silver modernist tablespoons with a matching fork,Chester 1937, stamped ‘GH‘ in a shield for George Hunt to the bowl and the tines, accompanying the hallmarks to the stem, the oval planished bowl with a drop heel to an old English pattern stem with applied central rib which extends beyond the end and enclosed by a loop, approximately 20.5 cm long overall, bowl 6.3 cm long by 4.4 cm wide, the fork 21.5 cm long overall, 167 grams (5.3 troy ozs) total gross weight (Ref S272)
